The Clarendon Hotel & Spa, BW Signature Collection (Adults Only) - Phoenix

We really liked the small, artsy, boutique feel. The staff was very friendly, the food was good, the bar is small, but happening. And the pool looked very inviting with a beautiful waterfall wall and lots of seating.

The walls are thin so you can hear everything. The gym equipment could use updating.

Although not in the coolest location, the hotel itself is awesome. The pool is open late, and is a unique design that made it more fun than a standard, chain pool. I loved the fact that it was a local, independent facility and they also had a brochure of local businesses which made our stay much better.

The room design was random, yet the vibrant pool area was enjoyable.

the breakfast was delicious, the check in was easy. booked a room with awesome views of downtown. location: the hotel was right by downtown, science center, chase field, phoenix and surrounding area and the center of phoenix.

The location is close to downtown and all that it has to offer. The restaurant, Gallo Blanco has a unique taste and we enjoyed dining there several times during our stay. The room decor was a nice touch and the room was very spacious. The redwood skydeck allows you to take in the sights at night as well as the daytime.

The $20.00 extra daily charge for expenses listed on your website as free....free wi-fi, free parking.

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like free Wi-Fi, helpful staff, and a relaxing poolside snack bar, I always feel welcomed. The staff even helped me choose a taxi my first visit-a nice touch. I'm coming back for a holiday!

Unexpected charges at check out. Will never stay at the clarendon again.

Too expensive ... not worth it!

Far away from the Phoenix convention center... It´s not a 4 star hotel as rated

I was actually charged more by the hotel staff than what I booked it for on Booked.net which was very frustrating

The rooms were super cozy, and I loved the relaxing spa treatments and lazy afternoons by the heated pool. The whole vibe was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

A great hotel in phoenix wich had a great pool area and a great upper deck where you can sit and enjoy the sun and the staff is the greatest !!!! I belive this hotel is the best in phoenix, and it includes international phonecalls !!!! we called denmark for over 2 hours included in the price for the room !!! so almost pefect !! and there is free snacks and soda and water in the lobby from 10 to 7 !!!

The price is high compared to other hotels with more facilities, but again you get a lot for the price.

It was nice, clean, fresh n retro. Not ur typical "cookie cutter" hotel

Couple's get away with a dramatic twist

First things first, the pool area was kinda a dream, beautiful at night with all the lights. And let me tell ya, the rooftop bar was something outta a movie, cozy vibes and amazing views.

Stylish Accomodating staff Good location

This renovated hotel is comfortable but not luxury by any means. It is stylish and the staff is very accomodating. My main complaint was the $20 hotel fee. When booking the hotel your website quoted "total room price" to be $129. Once I printed the confirmation it was clear there was "fine print". Phoenix not only has a close to 19% hotel tax but this hotel has a $20 fee which includes parking and water bottles in the room. So, my total was $170. They did discount $10 which was nice but honestly I could have booked a 4 or 5 star hotel on a last minute basis and received the same rate. A "total price" should certainly contain the hotel extras. Had I realized this beforehand I would have chosen another hotel. Thank You, Charlotte Hoffman
